Tips for assignments. Special testing accommodations. Whatever young men need to succeed academically, Salesianum provides through a range of targeted support services from our dedicated team.
Here, young men find a balance of academic support, encouragement, and open communication with teachers and family, getting a whole-person education to become the best versions of themselves.

Gardner Center
Named after Mrs. Susan Gardner — Salesianum’s first department chair and female administrator who blazed the trail for more equitable teaching — this support center has helped thousands of students overcome learning challenges.
Students must register to receive Gardner Center services for one full year. Fees will be incurred based on the level of support a student requires. -
Brisson Program
This program provides young men with a variety of essential support services:- A review of a required academic records and medical and psycho-educational documentation, including current IEP or 504 Plan
- Personalized academic accommodations and support plans based on the student's evaluation documentation
- A welcoming space for students to work under staff supervision
- Ongoing communications with parents regarding their son's academic progress
Students must register to receive the fee-based Brisson services for one full year. -
Trinity Program
Designed for college-bound students with diagnosed and documented learning differences, this program provides more intensive and structured support as well as a smaller student-faculty ratio.In addition to gaining access to all Gardner Center services, participants meet regularly with a Trinity teacher who provides the following support:- Serving as a liaison between the student, school, and family
- Monitoring assignments via the student’s OnCampus account
- Reviewing, adapting, and differentiating material, reteaching as needed
- Implementing accommodations outlined in the student’s psycho-educational evaluation
- Helping the student develop skills for studying, test-taking, time management, organization, and self-advocacy
Students must register to receive the fee-based Trinity services for one full year. -
Placement Examination Accommodations
We’re happy to accommodate students taking our Placement Examination. One of the following forms of documentation is required:- A complete psycho-educational evaluation for students with learning differences, including ADD/ADHD, completed within the last two years. For students with physical limitations, a letter or report from a medical doctor outlining the specific diagnosis, his/her title, and contact information is required.
- A copy of the current IEP, 504 Plan, or a letter from the student's current school counselor, teacher, or administrator specifying those accommodations routinely used by the student in his current academic setting.

Salesianum School
