Lucas Vahey '24 Receives Nomination to United States Air Force Academy by U.S. Representative Chrissy Houlahan

Congratulations to senior Lucas Vahey, who received a nomination to the United States Air Force Academy for the Class of 2028 by U.S. Representative Chrissy Houlahan, an Air Force veteran. Representative Houlahan represents Pennsylvania's 6th Congressional District in the 118th Congress. The district includes all of Chester County and parts of southern Berks County.

Houlahan, along with members of the Academy Board and Liaison Officers, made the selection of the nominees. Lucas completed a multistage and highly competitive process to receive the nomination, showcasing his dedication, academic accomplishments, and leadership roles. 
 
Lucas also signed a National Letter of Intent to play lacrosse. Best wishes to Lucas as he pursues his goal of attending the United States Air Force Academy, playing DI lacrosse, and serving our country.
