  • If you would like to apply for the 2025-26 school year, please submit an inquiry form
  • Members of the Class of 2030 may submit an inquiry form. Please note the process will not begin until January when registration opens for the 7th Grade Exam. 

Application Process for Entering Freshmen

We’re looking to admit young men who will take advantage of our programs — and want to reach their full potential.  

Admission is based on students’ performance on the placement exam, their elementary school records, recommendations from previous teachers and principals, and any legacy they may have. 

Salesianum is committed to maintaining a diverse student body and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.

  • Step 1: Complete an Inquiry Form

    Get started by filling out and submitting the inquiry form. Once it is processed, you’ll receive an email with your username and instructions for creating a password for onCampus. 

    Current Salesianum families must also complete the inquiry form — once it’s processed, you can log in using your existing onCampus credentials.
  • Step 2: Submit Application and Required Documents

    Log in to onCampus to access the admissions checklist. The following checklist items are mandatory:
    • Submit an application for admission (includes a $100 application fee)
    • Upload a candidate profile picture
    • Submit extended time testing documentation if needed for the exam
    • Upload final 6-7th grade report cards, 6-7th grade standardized test results, and first-term 8th grade report cards.
    You do not need to obtain recommendation letters — our team will send a recommendation form to your current school.
  • Step 3: Take the Placement Exam

    Once your application is submitted, you’ll be registered for the exam. Please visit the placement exam page for more information.
  • Step 4: Upload First Term 8th Grade Report Card

    Please upload the report card through the onCampus checklist. 

Application Process for Transfer Students

Salesianum may accept transfer students for the 9th, 10th, and 11th grades after a review of their applications, which are considered on a rolling basis. Mid-year transfers are also considered under certain circumstances. 

Transfer candidates must submit an inquiry form to obtain access to onCampus. Once the form is processed, follow the onCampus checklist to upload the necessary documentation.

    Log in to onCampus to access the admissions checklist. From this checklist, you will be able to fill out an application and upload important documentation.
    • Submit an application for admission (includes a $100 application fee)
    • Upload a candidate profile picture
    • Submit extended time testing documentation if seeking educational support services.
    • Upload academic records and test scores
    A recommendation letter is optional and may be uploaded through the online portal.
  • Step 3: Upload Most Recent Report Card

    Please upload the report card through the onCampus checklist. 

Application Process for International Students

Salesianum admits international applicants on a very limited basis. Students needing a host family should contact Renascentia Hall International before applying for admissions. If you do not require a host family, please contact our office at 302-356-2648.
