Salesianum’s Coach Scott Mosier Becomes Winningest Coach in Delaware Soccer History

Congratulations to Coach Scott Mosier on a historic achievement! With his 357th career win, Coach Mosier has officially become the winningest high school soccer coach in the state of Delaware. Mosier’s head coaching journey began at William Penn High School, and in 2002, he joined Salesianum School. Since then, he has transformed Salesianum into one of Delaware’s premier soccer programs and a powerhouse on the national stage.

The former Glasgow High All-Stater and Delaware Wizards professional has accumulated an incredible record of 357 wins, 67 losses, and 19 ties. Under his leadership, Salesianum has clinched 19 State Championships in 22 seasons—an extraordinary feat that has firmly established his place in Delaware soccer history.
Coach Mosier’s impact extends far beyond wins and titles. Over 40 of his players have gone on to compete at the collegiate level in Division I, II, and III programs. His players’ success includes more than ten National All-Americans and two Academic All-Americans, showcasing athletic excellence and a strong commitment to academics. Salesianum’s soccer program has frequently ranked in the top 25 nationally, reflecting Mosier’s ability to cultivate a culture of excellence and elevate the program’s reputation on a larger scale.
