College Board Names Salesianum A Gold School on the AP Honor Roll and Recognizes 115 Salesianum Students

Salesianum School is celebrating another year of exceptional academic achievement, with a record number of students excelling in Advanced Placement (AP) courses and exams. We are proud to offer Advanced Placement (AP) courses and the prestigious AP Capstone Program. The school's commitment to providing rigorous college-level coursework that maximizes college readiness. has resulted in another prestigious Gold level recognition on the AP School Honor Roll.

A total of 115 students were recognized for their outstanding performance on AP exams and in their academic pursuits. Among them were 53 AP Scholars who earned a score of three or higher on three or more exams. Fourteen students were named AP Scholars with Honor, scoring three or higher on four or more exams with an average score of at least 3.25. Thirty-three students were recognized as AP Scholars with Distinction, earning a three or higher on five or more exams with an average score of at least 3.5.

Twelve students achieved the coveted AP Capstone Diploma, earning scores of 3 or higher in AP Seminar, AP Research, and four additional AP Exams. Three students earned the AP Seminar and Research Certificate.

The AP Program allows students to take challenging college-level courses while still in high school. A score of 3 or higher on an AP exam can lead to college credit, advanced placement, or both. Research shows that AP students are better prepared for college, more likely to enroll and remain in college, and more likely to earn their degrees on time.

Congratulations to our students for demonstrating exemplary college-level achievement and being recognized as an AP Scholar awardee!
