Clifton Gordon ('11) and Sean Minderlein ('10) were named individuals. Gordon was awarded in two events for the 100-yard Butterfly (50.53) and 100-yard Backstroke (52.16). Minderlein was awarded in the 500-yard Freestyle (4:35.50) which is also a new school record.

The 200-yard Medley Relay (1:37.45) comprised of Wayde Marsh ('09), Alex Hampel ('11), Gordon, and Michael Wanner ('10) and the 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:12.20) comprised of Minderlein, Zack Pryor ('10), Gordon, and Marsh were also awarded.

Salesianum took its fourth consecutive state title and its thirteenth in the last fifteen years. Clifton Gordon was the state's only quadruple winner and coach Chip Hannig ('72) was voted Coach of the Year.

Salesianum School is a Roman Catholic independent secondary school that teaches young men to Live Jesus, guided by the spirituality of Saint Francis de Sales, through a college preparatory education, enabling them to take their place in the world as Salesian gentlemen.
